Ms T Donaldson v H Greenhalf T/A Roundhills Kennels & Cattery – 2402454/2019
Summary of claim: in Donaldson v H Greenhalf T/A Roundhills Kennels & Cattery the Employment Tribunal held that the Claimant had been dismissed because of her pregnancy, and not because of any redundancy situation (the Respondent argued that the Claimant had been dismissed prior to informing them of her pregnancy, but the Employment Tribunal rejected that argument).
Compensation awarded: a remedy hearing was ordered to take place at a later date.

Ms B Djagbo v Women’s Health Dulwich Ltd – 2300737/2020
